Seitou

“Seitou” was a monthly magazine published by Japanese women from September 1911 to February 1916 and issued 52 volumes in total. The main editor was Raicho Hiratsuka, and then Noe Ito towards the end of its run. One critics said “the magazine did not have much of an impact on the history of Japanese literature. However, their legacy of publicizing women's issues is significant.”
